Ingrid Johnson

National Administrator

Ingrid Johnson has been serving as the National Administrator for the Professional Association of Christian Counsellors and Psychotherapists (PACCP) for over 20 years. She brings over 30 years of administrative, financial, and organizational leadership experience to her role. She has faithfully supported PACCP since 2005, overseeing national administration, membership coordination, bookkeeping, board support, and conference and learning event logistics. Her work helps ensure strong governance, financial stewardship, and meaningful member support across Canada.

She combines strong administrative proficiency with a relational, service-oriented approach that reflects PACCP’s mission and values. She has extensive experience in nonprofit administration, financial management, and executive support, and she consistently works to improve systems and processes that benefit both leadership and members

In addition to her work with PACCP, Ingrid currently serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Zone Leadership team with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay (2025–present), where she supports field leadership, onboarding, training coordination, and operational administration. This role further strengthens her skills in large-scale organizational support.

Ingrid is passionate about supporting counsellors and psychotherapists in their professional journeys and values being part of a community that integrates faith, ethics, and clinical excellence. Her heart for service, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit make her a trusted support to both national leadership and members.
